Effective November 2022, all sessions, whether face-to-face or virtual must
be paid in full twenty-four (24) hours in advance to confirm the appointment.
Sessions scheduled on Mondays must be paid on the Friday prior, before
5:00 p.m.
Payments made via electronic transfer or bank deposits will require a proof
of payment sent to bicamh@outlook.com. A copy of your invoice will be
emailed to you within 24 hours.
Failure to meet these fixed timeframes may result in the cancellation of your
appointment dates/times and re-payment for future sessions.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide refunds for services rendered. If payments were made toward a particular service and the
service has not been rendered, a formal request form (provided by BICAMH)
must be submitted for office manager approval/denial.
Any refunds requested after a month of payment will be automatically denied. Paid sessions cancelled within the 24-hour time frame will go toward your account as a credit. If any sessions are cancelled or rescheduled more than twice, it will result in a $50.00 charge, except in the case of emergencies (i.e. death of a loved one, accidents or medical emergencies, etc.).
